                  GANPATI MAHOTSAV  KNOW SOME FACTS: Ganpati Bappa mourya Ganpati mahotsav starts from Ganesh Chaturthi of Bhadrapaks ( indian seasons indeginous-देसी नाम name). From Ganesh Chaturthi Ganpati Bapa idol(murti) is bring to home and pandaals by lord Bapa devo-----tees. Most probably idol must be sitting Ganpati ji because this sitting idol is considered lucky. People worship Ganpati Bappa idol and do aartee in morning and evening and distribute prasaad. After 5 days ,7 days, or 10 days this idol of Ganpati Bappa is taken with dancing and singing to water body and submerged there.  It indicates that Ganpati Bappa ji returned to their home. This festival is started from maharashtra but gradually spread all over india. This celebration first started by Shree Gopal Krishan Gokhle ji to unite all people. BADRINATH : Badrinath is a sacred and holy place in Uttarakhand Chamoli district. It is very sacred and pious for Hindu people. Lord vishnu is the main God of this place.
